Hiring – Sous Chef

We are looking for a Sous Chef with international fine dining experience, preferably 3+ years working in starred or hatted kitchens.

The applicant must have proven track record of solid exposure to a variety of styles in award winning restaurants; plus the ability to execute and help develop the Clooney menu with a defined focus on New Zealand. The ideal person will also be a leader, hard working with a driving passion to learn. Existing Sous Chef experience a must with the ability to bring cohesive leadership to a passionate team.
